WHAT IS DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE?
It is a systematically structured treatment method for the skin and subcutaneous tissue on the back.
It is a massage of reflective zones in the connective tissue on the back, where a stimulus acts on the nervous system without you being aware of the reactions at that moment.
The stimulus continues through the skin to the muscles, bones, vessels, organs and sends information to the brain and affects the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.
The functions of the deep tissue are controlled by the autonomic nervous system, e.g. Blood flow, water content, sensitivity to pain.
And in order to trigger regulating nerve impulses, the connective tissue can send status reports to the spinal cord and vegetative centers.
It is about a harmonization of the vegetative nervous system and a general stimulation of the metabolism, with local, nervous and humoral reactions.
